Very good questions. It really help to remind me is time to date again. . Usually we do practice to have date every wednesday, we called it movie day, so we could enjoy the movie and mean time, have good time just for both of us. It really a good time for us as we do have a kid now and most of the time we are full time taking care or with her. So we do enjoy and make full used of the time when we both together.

Hmmmm that's a really good question it's been a long long time. I would have to say sometime in July and that was to a friends wedding and afterwards the wedding party as well as us went over to the bar. I guess that is not really considered going out on a date. Let's just say it has been far to long. My fiance works in another province so seeing eachother is quite to the contrary. He will be home more near Christmas time for a little break and he said he would take me to a fancy restraunt for dinner. So here''s hoping to that.

Well if he works away from home, that's different and actually more important to find some time when he is home. Time to reconnect, talk, catch up - fall in love all over again:-)

I don't understand why people stop going on dates i've been with my partner for a year and we love going on dates, and I hope to never lose that and I never take it for granted as with my last partner we didn't go on dates much and if we did we ended up fighting.

I haven't went on a date with my husband for a long time. I think it was early August when we went to a wedding together. We use to go out every week for dinner without the kids, but then it got to the point that the older boys had to work and we would have to hire a sitter for us to go out. We decided to start ordering in with our daughter, but it is a good idea to have date night once in a while.

Yes, it's important. Doesn't have to be anything extraordinary or expensive... How old is your daughter?

my daughter is 8. It is nice when she gets invited to a sleepover because then we always do date night!

It's been a couple months since our last date, but it was fun! He gave me a teddy bear with "I love you" written on it, we went out for supper and then went to a stand-up comedy show. It's hard to find time to date my husband but I wish we did it more often.

Oh but you have to find the time. We try to go for either ice cream or coffee at least once a month. Nothing fancy, just at least 2 hours of uninterrupted "us" time. It helps to reconnect.

Movies with your partner are always a great way to reconnect. You always see something in the movie that the partner did not see and it's a great way to start a conversation :-)
