Has anybody tried Allergy Block Gel?

There is a new product from Chloraseptic that apparently blocks airborne allergens from ever entering your body, rather than just attacking the symptoms. It is a clear gel that you apply around your nose, and (my boyfriend laughed at me whenever I tried to explain this to him, but this is genuinely what I found out about the product!) the gel contains ions holding the opposing charge of the ions in the allergens, so that the allergens are attracted to the gel and never enter the nose. It looks good (in theory), but it's about $15, too much to spend if it doesn't work! I tried to google product reviews, with no luck. Has anybody here tried it? If so, what was your experience? Thanks!

I bought this stuff yesterday and have been using it ... not sure if it's really working or just wishful thinking. Sometimes I think it is, sometimes not. I'm excited to see some people saying it works for them! I have had "hay fever" all my life. For a while I was using Flonase which worked like a miracle, then suddenly it just stopped working. I will keep using this product for a while and see if I can get any definitive answer. It has absolutely no scent and seems very gentle on the skin.

I don't really know how to post on here, but will try. I have been doctoring with numerous antibiotics for a persistent sinus infection for a couple of months now. Finally, after having numerous side effects from the antibiotics, but still suffering sinus headache, pain, pressure, I decided to give this stuff a try. I am not completely sure, but it does seem to be working. At least I can say that I've felt better this entire week than I have the 6 weeks that I was on various antibiotics.

Chloraseptic Allergen Block works. No ifs ands or buts. The tubes last forever and compared to what I was paying for Mucinex! Until now, nothing compared to Mucinex. And my allergies were pretty debilitating. Shortness of breath, a head that felt like it weighed a hundred pounds. And it is especially wonderful that it is so simple--no chemicals going inside my body. My allergies were chronic and probably dust and pollutant based. I am on a soap box for the first time and telling any I can. I've only heard good things back when they give it a try.

I just recently saw the commercial for it and it made me curious about it too. I can't wait till there is more reviews online about it so I can have more of an idea before I try it.

I have tried it and it works very, very well. For once, here is a product that does what it says it does. Does not happen often. BUT it is a very small tube (at least the one I found) and it is expensive. I believe it was around $16.00 for a tube that is not even 2 inches long. May 19 2010
