anyone got a go phone?

i have just recently found out about this and it looks pretty good to me its this thing called a go phone and you either pay a dollar a day for everyday that you use it or, you pay a monthly bill and you don't have to sign a contract or anything its just a pay as you go thing, and its through cingular and i have heard before that you can call either go phone to go phone or go phone to cingular and its free, so that is cheaper because its only like thirty dollars a month and an extra five dollars for two hundred and fifty text messages, so it works better for me, but i was just wondering is there anyway to cancel your voice mail? thanks for taking the time out of your day to stop by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answer, i hope that you all had a great day and that you have a great and safe night tonight, once again thanks for taking the time to come by!

Well i had a go-phone just to use for texting because it was cheaper monthly to use it, until i decided not to use it. Yes Mobile to Mobile is free and includes any ATT Land Lines as well. the go phone is a good choice just you will not have that large of the variety of a phones to choose from because of the no contract commitment

There has been pay as you go plans with a lot of providers, for a very long long time.
I am surprised to hear that you just heard about it, 6 months ago when you posted this
discussion.
I used to have a pay as you go plan with my provider. It costs a little more but until
I could prove to them that I was a good risk and they could put me on a monthly plan. So
when I had mine I was paying for a $50 card and that usually lasted me about 3 weeks.
Now I am on a plan my bill is usually around $40 for a month unless I have some long
distance calls on it, which I usually do as my hubby lives 1400KM away from me at the
moment.

My first phone was a go phone. It worked ok for the time being but I am much happier with my acuall phone that I pay monthly.
