We are in week 2 of Survivor: Gabon and I have added a person that I like to the list. I like Sugar. Good for her for finding the Idol. Wow! I both saw, and didn't see, that coming. It is always the one you under estimate. I still don't really like Ace. But, I didn't entirely like Paloma either so, it isn't breaking my heart that she is gone now. I still don't like GC and I like Randy more than I did last week. I still like Bob, Matty and, of course...Marcus. Whew! That man is just so nice to watch! LOL! He makes my teeth sweat and, I think my eyes are starting to drool too. LOL! So, I still don't really feel like I have any opinions on anyone else so far. I'm still getting to know the other castaways. How about all of you? Were you happy to see Paloma go? How do you feel about Ace? Are you hoping to see GC go soon like I am? Any opinions on anyone I haven't mentioned yet?

Hey Star, I am not impressed with Ace. I think he is using Sugar as his personal little alliance. He would drop her in a heart beat if it would help him. I'm still not sure of all the names. I was really glad to see Fang win 2 in a row. I was beginning to give up on them as toa]tal losers. I have new respect. I was ok with Paloma leaving because she was a weak link. But Ace is so arrogant that they need to take him down. You watch, my bet is he will talk Sugar into letting him use the idol and Sugar will probably be voted out. Maybe next week I'll have a better grip on the players. leenie

I was wishing Sugar hadn't told Ace about the idol and after she did I was thinking "whyyyyy?" There was no reason to tell him at that point. They've only gone through a couple of eliminations and she's already trusting him way too much. He instantly responded about how THEY would plot to use it, instead of how SHE herself can use it to keep safe.

Hey Leenie! Ugh! I hated that Sugar told Ace. And, I noticed that crap about the "we" planning and how entitled to the Idol Ace seemed. I think I heard him refer to it as "ours". And, I was thinking the same thing. I believe that he could talk Sugar into giving it to him. I have no doubt that that might happen. I am rooting for Kota though so, I was a little disappointed at Fang's wins. Sorry! I just like more of the Kota Tribe members than the Fang Members. There are a few in Fang that I like. Randy, Matty and maybe Dan. Otherwise, I am all about the Kota Tribe. LOL!

Star, Who is gabon? Don't worry I have no use for Fang. I still think they are mostly losers. Couple of exceptions. I just wanted to see kota tested a little. That's the only way we get to see them. Besides I want to see Ace go down. Sugar is too sweet and naive. That's why he chose her in the first place. Did I hear something about a merger? Kind of soon but we'll see. leenie

I was glad to see Paloma go, but wouldn't have been disappointed if they flipped and sent Ace home instead. I would like to see Sugar become close to some of the others or I fear she will be on the hit list too. I loved that Sugar found that Idol...good for her! I really like her now too. I thought it was smart of them to send that Olympic athlete lady to get Ace off the pole~she did awesome! I still don't have any many favorites. I can't stand GC...he needs to leave soon, he was helpless in that challenge. I was surprised that the Physics guy didnt' solve that puzzle before the video game guy. It was nice that that other team finally started winning something.

I also like Kota better than Fang, but I hate it when there is one tribe that wins immunity all the way til the merge or some twist. This way it is a bit evener. I couldn't believe that Sugar told Ace about the idol either! I couldn't get over him saying that "WE" have the idol!! I didn't like Sugar the fist show, don't realy know why, but after last night, I really was impressed with her. She is going to be a fighter and hopefully go far in the game.

Yea...I would have been happy to see Ace go too. Maybe next week but, I sort of doubt that that will happen. It seems that a lot of people like him right now and, unless that changes soon, he will be staying. I really didn't think that I would like Sugar before but, she won me over last night. I don't think it was wise of her to reveal that she found the Idol to Ace. That was possibly a very stupid move. I hope not but, I don't trust Ace. Especially since he seems to think that the Idol is his. Or, maybe that is just the impression that I got last night. He seems to feel like he has some claim on it with all his "now that we have the idol" and, "this is our game now" crap. There is no "We" in that idol. It is Sugar's. LOL. Freaking GC! LOL! That guy is proving himself worthless. LOL! He gives up and quits. I was a little surprised when the Physics teacher didn't get it too but, not too surprised that the video game guy got it. As for Fang winning, I like Kota better than Fang so, I am a little disappointed. LOL!

I like Sugar, too, she seems like a character. I think it was great that she found the idol on Exile Island when that lawyer couldn't figure out the clue at all. I think he was over-analyzing the clue. I don't like Ace, either. I mean, who does he think he is? I haven't decided who else I really like right now.

The only thing I don't like about Sugar is that she told Ace she found the Idol. That wasn't wise, IMO. He already seems to be laying claim to the Idol and, I can see him worming its way out of Sugar's hands somehow. I hope not but, she seems to trust him and I don't see even an inch of trustworthiness in that slime ball. LOL!

I liked Ace... but am not liking him as much as I was. I'm sorry I can't stand Sugar-- I don't know why though- She just irritates me. I was shocked as all get out when she found the Idol. I love Marcus too... I can't wait for the show tonight- I like GC- he does not bother me that much! I'll tell you after the show who I like this week.

LOL! I am glad to see you have come around to disliking Ace but, sorry to hear what you think about Sugar. But, I can understand it. She has her moments. I still like her though. There is something endearing about her, to me. Marcus, Marcus, Marcus...how do I love you! Let me count the ways! LOL! As for GC...you have a lot of patience don't you? LOL!

Actually I thought that getting rid of Ace first was a better move. He seems vindictive and getting rid of him early would prevent him from joining the jury. There is plenty of time to dump paloma later.

That's a good point. I do think that they should get rid of Ace pronto. He seems to have a lot of influence on other people and that won't bode well in the end if he is on the jury. Very good point Nova. I already would have liked to see Ace gone before Paloma and, now I wish he was already gone. LOL!

I was kind of hoping Ace would go, not that I didn't like him but I do like when the vote turns around on you and somebody is totally surprised.

Oh...that would have been fun to see happen. Maybe next week! I really want to see Ace and GC gone in the next two weeks. After that, I don't really have anyone else that I feel that strongly against.

I actually real liked sugar from day one. When I first heard her name, I was like GREAT. But then as soon as she started talking I thought she was a smart and nice girl, and not a ditz like her name implies. I knew she would get far, wasn't 100% sure she would find it as she looked to be giving up at one point. I have a hard time remembering everyone in the beginning so I usually don't pick favorites until a few more are voted off. I think Paloma needed to go after all that stuff she did at tribal council. She is basically trying to set Ace up as if he is masterminding the game, which I actually don't think he is. He may THINK he is in charge, but I'm pretty sure a lot of the others want him out soon too. I'm surprised the older man, forgot his name and forgot what team he is on, has never once come up in conversation as someone that needs to go. Gillian, the older lady DEFINITELY should have been first to go and the fact that she was second was a joke. I like the Olympics girl, she seems like a nice person AND she is pretty strong so I'd like to see her in the end if I had to choose.

Yea, I hate to say it but, I prejudged Sugar at first by her name and the fact that she is a Pinup girl. But, she has proven that you can't judge a person by their name or career. As for Ace, I don't know. It seems like everyone likes him right now so, I don't see him getting the boot anytime too soon. But, I could be wrong and, I hope I am. I think you are referring to Bob, the older guy, and he is in the Kota tribe. Someone did mention that they have a use for him right now as he is a vote for their alliance but, once the don't need him anymore, they will give him the boot. I am on the fence about Chrystal, the Olympics girl. I can't decide what I think about her. I do know that my two favorites, and the ones that I would like to see make it to the end are Marcus and Sugar. But, it is early on and that could change.

Hi Cortjo. I like Sugar too. What a great name! Last nightw as teh first epsiode I watched, so I didn;t knwo much about Paloma. She seemed very immature though. I don't like Ace too much either. Yes, this season seems good- lots of eye candy too!

Hey AWL! I didn't think I would like Sugar at first and was sort of on the fence about her last week but, after last night's episode, she charmed me and if she and Marcus were in the end together, I would be happy for either one of them to win...thus far. LOL! It is still pretty early so, my opinion about those two could change drastically. You never know. LOL! I am glad to hear that you are enjoying it. You should watch the first episode that you have on your DVR. The eye candy in that episode will have you drooling. LOL! And, it was really handy in getting to know the players.

The only thing I don't agree with is the way that Ace pretty much threw the luxury competition by putting Paloma up there. If you want to throw a competition to get rid of someone, throw and immunity comp. Although, I guess it did show Paloma as a weak player and basically sealed her fate in the eyes of her tribe mates so that if they were to go to tribal counsel, they would have Paloma in their minds. Smart move by Ace but, I still don't like him. LOL! Matty is hot. I like Marcus more than Matty but, I do drool over Matty too! LOL! The thing about Crystal getting Ace off that pole was that it could both help and hurt her. It could help her because it seems that people are working to get the weak and the annoying out first. If she were to continue to look weak, she may have been the next to go. As it is, GC is proving himself both weak as he gives up all the time, and annoying as he is ticking everyone off. So, I think that if Fang loses the next challenge, GC might be going. Sugar should not have told Ace about finding the idol. That was a stupid move. She trusts him and I don't think she should because I think that Ace is just using her right now and will turn on her in a second. Right now, he sees that idol as his when in fact, it is hers.
