if every sec/min a baby is born

our population in different countries are producing a lot of baby from time to time.. i don't know if it's a second per baby but... how much population would a country have if it has already a billion people living there and every sec, there's a new baby getting born.. from this year till 2050, how many people would there be in this country? if every 5min someone would die?
