Many men do fear that majority of female bosses bullies men at work places and load things down their throat, is this true on women in the office places or are men just a afraid of women leadership.

Hmm... maybe there are female bosses who bully men at their work places. I've had a boss who bullied everyone, not just the men. But not all women do that, though. I've handled people for many many years, but this experience taught me never bully my subordinates. I knew how it felt to be bullied. I've worked with my people, both male and female. I respect everyone as though we were just on the same rank, because I strongly believe that everyone has his or own unique capabilities. To this day, no matter how long I've been separated from my former subordinates, and we happen to cross paths, they still refer to me as their "boss". Sometimes it would be embarassing, especially when we're in public places or when I'm with friends, but deep inside me it does make me feel like, well, maybe I've been good to them when we worked together.

I do have a female boss and she is great. She doesn't through her weight around and flaunt the fact she's the boss. She's fair with everyone. I have had male bosses that were terrible. I would rather work for a female. They seem to understand family situations better and are more sympathetic to our needs.

No, I never believed that woman or a female bosses would be bullied unless if they are being under estimated of their capacity as a leader in the company....

Ok, my boss is currently a woman. Nicest lady. But yeah, she pretty much is a bully to me and my coworker who is also a male. We've both been here about a year now, and espically lately, whenever she's upset about something, she just lashes out. And she is not the first female boss I've had. I have been honored to serve under some fantastic female leadership that were both patient and professional. So my current boss is different than the previous female leadership I have been under. So no, I do not stereotype all women based off of my current situation. And I'm sure there are men unfair to female employees as well. So I guess it is always just going to depend on the individual in charge.
