Profile management

Ok guys, I need some help, I come from a generation that did not cut their teeth on computers and depend on what we can pick up!!!
I am trying to but banners on my profile for the sites that I use. I have got one on but it is at the bottom of the pile of other messages.
How do I get them to the top?

Go to profile and select edit profile. Now, place the cursor of your mouse on the top of the banner. You will see a cursor like 4 sided cursor which can drag your banner. If not found in first attempt, try some more times, you will get it. Now, drag your profile and keep your banner in anywhere you want to place it in your profile.
