Really, did you ever consider becoming all Veg. I don't think I could ever become a vegan, but I love my energy level and the natural changes to my body and skin since I have become vegetarian.

I'm not vegeterian, but i have a friends who buys soya products that are like meat at taste

Yeah, I eat soy products, For some people it takes some getting used to but , I love it, and it is an excellent source of natural protien.

I am a vegetarian, I have been for over 9 years. I would love to see other people's recipes. I don't have any to share though. :(

Yeah, I am actually of Ghanian and Ethopian Decent (West and East Africa) and I have a ton that I can share... What types of foods/tastes do you prefer?
