New Set from an Archived Model?

I just noticed today that a set went up into Member Review from Mitsuko, who was archived a while ago. Does that seem suspicious to anyone else? Aren't girls supposed to submit their own sets into MR? Doesn't it seem that that would be a difficult task considering she's not longer a member of the site?
