To darw maps using C graphics

i wanna draw the map of India using turbo C.....actual problem is to plot 30 odd cities and apply dijkishtras algm to find shortest path b/w them....thats quite ok for me .... but am new to graphics pgming in C....so got stuck with drawing the map of India
