Well to start off I have a really big family. There's me and six more girls. We all have kids except for two of us. The one is my step sister who is only 6. My adopted sister has 10 kids. My second oldest sister has 9. My third oldest has 2. The fourth oldest has 3. I myself have 2 of my own. So my one sister that has the three kids just bought a house the month she moved in she let my one sister and her husband with there two kids move in. Then they moved out and now my other sister with her husband with there two kids are moving in. So for the last several months there has been about 9 or more peope living in a four bedroom house with only one bath room. So how many people live with you? Happy Mylotting!!!!

You do come from a big family. I have 3 sisters, so there were 4 girls in my family. My oldest is married with 3 children, next is married, next is married with one child and I am married with 4 children. I don't think that any of us could stand living with each other and their families! So in my house it is my husband, myself and 3 of my 4 children. My oldest bought a house and now lives on his own.

You are right. If need be, I would definitely offer my home to my sisters and their families. That is very nice of your sister to offer her home to your family too. That is the great thing about families, no matter how much you can drive each other crazy, you are always there for each other.

I live with my dad together with my daughter, sister, brother and a house helper. Prior to when my husband left abroad, we would stay here at night too. This set up may seem odd for most of you but we're happy about living together as a family. And at this point, this is the most practical set up for us since I'm planning to follow my husband soon, of course I will tag my baby along.

Nope that setup doesn't sound odd to me. My sisters and I have gone back in forth from living with our father from time to time. You do what best suits you at the time and if that what does then do it. Because that way you know the bills get paid and you have a roof over yours and your childrens head. Thats what really counts is that your happy and taken care of. Happy Mylotting!!!!

Wow, there are so many people in your place! How do you move around? Can you even find solitude? There are 5 of us in our household. My parents, two brothers, and myself. We each have our own room and our own bathroom, but we always see each other because the house isn't that bug. In the Philippines, we normally live with our parents until we get married. I don't know why the Westerners are more independent and tend to movie out of the house after high school.

Its not that we move out after high school there are plenty of people that I know that either still live at home with there parents and work. Or they got to collage and come home on the weekends. Trust me there are alot of people like me weren't that great off we bearly get by from paycheck to paycheck. But we make sure each other has a roof over there heads if that means we all live together in the same house as for my two sisters that will be living together.

i am confused, your paycheck is so pity, your family house is limit, and too many people are in one house, do you want your son/daught also live there??

in the philippines, many things are like with china. we also live with our parents until we get married. in the western, many people haven't enough money for her house and don't like what our expect. they are poor as me and have to live in one house with family

Well, first off there not one person children. There's total of 7 of us. Only 5 of us have children. Also another thing is some of them are adopted. Yes we have considered contraceptives. We all normally don't have unplained pregnancy's. Me and a couple of my sisters have a been on birth control and have gotten pregnant. So thats very rude of you to and ask so one that. Where do you getting off being rude asking someone that anyways. Just so you besides of using contraceptives I have also step in not having anymore children myself cause all I wanted was to so I had my tubes tie. So why don't you quit being so rude about people that have big family's using conraceptives. If you so worried about make sure you don't have any children. Better yet get your self fixed before you decided to reproduce since you don't think anybody shoulf have a choose to have children. We love our family's that we have. We take very good care of our children. Not you or anyone else has the right to ask someone that.

wow! did i hit a sore point? Jesus christ woman calm down! I was joking but obviously youre to anal to realise it ffs. And i also think its a valid point! the world is getting over crowded, look at china for example! I wasnt being rude, i think its a fair point. Shame that somebody who cant take a joke (or have the brains to spell) is allowed to reproduce. Grow up idiot!

When me and my hubby first go together we stayed between his moms and his grandparents. I personally liked staying at his grandparents better. More room, more people around that I got along with. Happy Mylotting!!!!

We live in a compound. Within the compound there's three houses and an office. On the far end house lives my mother-in-law with my sister-in-law who's 18 and is still in College. The second house is where my brother-in-law, a geodetic engineer, lives with his wife and son who's 8 yrs old. The third house is where we live and with me is my nanny, my daughter who's 8 yrs old and my son who's 6. My father-in-law stays most of the time at the office together with my other brother-in-law. Although we live in different houses it's still one house...one compound and there's 11 people staying here. =)

It's not really that crazy. In the Philippines, families are really close knit that even if we get married and have kids of our own we still tend to stay with our parents. In a different house though but near our relatives. In our compound that's just 3 families living together. But our the compound beside us are also family members. They're brothers and sisters of my mother-in-law with their own family. It helps to be together most especially during problems or downfalls. Although it can be quite a nuisance too you know. But we do get along nicely.

Good Lord! I have a fairly large family too, as far as siblings, BUT we all live on our own as we are all grown. My youngest sister just got married. In my own house there is myself and my husband, and our son and daughter. We have an older daughter who is 19 but she moved out in June. I cannot imagine having anybody else living here. We have a four bedroom house and two bathrooms and this is about the extent this house could hold - 2 adults and 3 kids. While I would probably enjoy having ten kids, I'd have to have won the lottery or something so we had a big enough house and property lol.

Yes myself would enjoy have more kids if I could win the lottery too. But that why I stoped at two becaue its hard to aford your self plus more today with the way prices keep running. If it came down to it I bet you'd find away to fit more people into your house if for some reason they need a place to stay even if it was just for a short while that way they had a roof over there had and food in there belly's. Happy Mylotting!!!!

Hello loveyourgirls, in my house we are 5 : myself, my wife and our three lovely children. it's cool and often quiet. BUT in hollydays, the big family comes together for some days, my pa & ma, my brother, his wife and their two children, my sister, her husband and their two children. it's great (in the begining), and then it becomes NOISY and stressing.

At present we are 12 in the house. I have 2 sisters, 4 brothers, 2 parents (mom and dad), 1 uncle, 1 sister in law and 1 niece. We don't feel congested at all because the house is quite big and we can only really see and talk with each other at night because most of us are working full time.

i hate too many people in one house. now i live in a room myself. but i like live with my family, not stranger. i want to know how big your house is and how expensive the house is there where you live. for example, if your salary is $2000 and the house price is $5000 per square meter, the house is expensive. by contraries, if the house price is $1000 per square meter, the house is cheap and common. how is it in your city? what city?
