I cant sleep, how can I stay awake tomorrow?!

I have not been able to sleep all night! This happens often. I think I may have insomnia, but I am not sure. I go to work at 6 in the morning and I feel tired and crappy all day. How can I make myself feel not so tired so I can actually function?

try to drink stress tabs one hour before you go to bed, or sleeping pills. it can help you better

Hi starrywonder! I suggest you consult a doctor regarding this problem. It's not normal not being able to sleep even when exhausted. I've attended one seminar regarding sleep disorders which involves insomnia and I've discovered that I have sleep onset insomnia meaning I can't put myself to sleep initially. Maybe you have the same problem as I have. Go to a doctor and consult your problem.

A good night's sleep is the best way to function good in the morning. But when you can't sleep it maybe insomia. Cutting down on caffeine and drinking milk before bedtime help you sleep but otherwise if you have tried all other methods and still can't sleep it may be a sign of depression. I\ve been there once can't sleep the whole night for 1 week and can't sleep even in daytime. Talking it out with someone can also make sleep easier.
