i had fixed the PPP link control protocol error!

After being frustrated for some time because i cannot use my cellphone as modem so i can access the internet, i had finally fixed the errror! now i can surf the net in my laptop by just using my smart sim and my sony ericsson k530i. There was a time when i tried using my phone as a modem but the connection always failed so i tried to fix it by searching on the net and by calling the smart hotline number. I guess i've tried almost all ways to fix the error but i still cannot connect to the net. i even tried connecting using different kinds of sim...globe, sun, smart but error 734:ppp link control protocol remains. I almost gave up and said i will just buy a smart bro kit when i think of posting a discussion about this problem here in mylot. One who responded say that maybe i should delete all internet profiles in my phone and even the pc suite then start over again. i tried that suggestion and you know what..it worked! it fixed the error and now i can connect to the net using my phone as modem. i am grateful to that mylot member! thanks a lot!
