how much can one person take really

how much can one person take really. at times i feel like i am going to lose it. work has been a total nightmare. my sup hasnt been there the other team lead on my team isnt there and when she is she doesnt work. we have all new people on our team so i am training, doing the sups job, doing my job, trying to hit this completely stupid budget that no one is going to be able to hit unless they are just on it all the time and i cant do that cause i am doing everyones job. then at home things are crazy cause kids arent wanting to do chores for some reason and hubby is argueing with them. not to mention my renters have kicked out there husbands and they are nuts. we are dealing with cops all the time cause of it. my renters live on the same property as me so its not like they are down the street they are behind me lol. we are behind on bills cause no one could pay all of there rent. its just one thing after another. i feel like i am going to lose it. in fact going to the doctor this friday cause i have some medical issues that need to be addressed. havent been to the doctor in years. just needed to vent and wondering how much can one take lol. maybe i should ask the doctor for some happy pills lol.

I'm not really sure. Just when I think I cannot take anymore, I have loads of things on top of me to take care of and handle. I haven't been to a doctor im years either. We do not have insurance. I have thought about happy pills also. I know what you are going through. I always have alot to deal with every day of the week. I handle most of them all by myself and it wears me out.
