Ciao UK and Ciao US

I write on Ciao UK and have been with them for quite some time now. I also post my reviews on Dooyoo in the UK and on Epinions in the US.
I have received an invite to Ciao US and wondered if I can have an account with the UK and US sites at the same time? I have contacted Ciao UK and have yet to get any reply.
I would dearly love to write on Ciao US as well. It's a great site in UK, easy to make lots of friends and a great community.
Plus I have 120 reviews that I can post lol, obviously not all at once haha.
If anyone knows whether I can have an account in both sites, I would really appreciate it.

I know one of my friends that uses dooyoo and ciao and all they do is post their copyright information based from the dooyoo site that they originally wrote onto their ciao cite.
If you don't have a referral for ciao, I'd be willing to invite you if you send your email address. You can PM and add me as a friend if you are interested and don't presently have a referrer.

I have found out about CIAO from your discussion here... and would like to thank you very much for it. :)
