What kind of type pasta do you like? I Like tomato with meat source. sharing with us what you like . If you can cook Pasta, what kind of source we have to buy.

I like spaghetti but I want to try other pasta dish. By the way, lasagne is so delicious that I worry that I may have heart problem with that though I still endulge on it. Maybe if there is a healthy lasagne I try to eat that rather than the regular one. Im tempted to add some more cheese but I try as much as possible to put less. I prefer red sauce over the white one coz the white ones are from dairy products and is not advicable in large amount.

How should I put it? I think the right word is caseerole. Lasagne uses flat squares of pasta cooked as a casserole. It yummy, try it. Anyway, tomato sauce is healthier that white sauce so I try to eat few white sauce pastas.

I absolutely love fettucine alfredo! I also like to cook what I call "broccoli macaroni" which is just angel hair pasta tossed with browned broccoli & garlic w/oil.
