Schadenfreude- deriving pleasure from others suffering. It is a loanword taken from the language of German. A loanword is a word which is borrowed from another language with little or no alteration. On the other hand a claque is borrowed from another language by translating it .For example the phrase 'flea market is the literal translation of the french phrase 'marche aux puces'.Intrestingly, the word 'Loanword' is a claque of the german word 'lenhwort' while the word claque is a loanword borrowed from french. Some Hindi word word like 'Guru', 'nirvana','mantra' have become loanwords in english.

Again a very interesting word. It has more meaning to it than one can fathom. Does it say anything about the people who coined the word? Hope we can take schadenfreude out of this world.
