At what time you sleep at night

hi mylotters 
nowdays every one's life is so busy that no one much time for family and all but we mylotters have lots of time 
so at night when you feel sleepy and go to bed .i personaly go to bed normaly at 2 am because i like doing all this in mylot and all so i only have few hours to spend free .what about you

I usually sleep at 12 midnight or 1am. I must finish all my job first and start online to make some post in myLot. Because my free and relax time only in midnight. So I choose this time to make some response and start a discussion. I can think more clearly in my relax time.

Despite my absolute best efforts I never seem to be able to get to sleep before 2am. I actually have to force myself to put the computer down lol. One of these days my 10pm bedtime will be a reality, since waking up at 7am is such a pain without some solid sleep.

I like to go to bed around 1 am. It's been more closer to two lately because I'm not working but even when I am, and I have to get up around 7 in the morning I still don't go to bed till around 1am. some of it is to go on mylot but also to talk to my girlfriend since she dosen't get home till 11:30 pm.
