paidclicks.ws is back...and my earnings are still there

Wow, I thought this was just another site that had gone down but it came back today and my earnings are current. Can anyone esplain this?

That's nice to hear, Although I won't be returning since it was linked to bux.to which either pays 6 months late or never.
