How much do you respect yourself?

Of course we tell people we love ourself so much but do we really respect ourself? Well for me I can say I respect myself but i often time push myself too hard. I even go drink until i get too drunk and be in the cold night sleeping in the sand. I don't manage myself making it hard for me to exercise. But when i have time i get to pamper myself with all my desires. How much do you respect yourself?

I really do respect myself, at least, I think so. I think I'm great just the way I am and I don't really want to change anything. I do my best to stay healthy, but then again, I do love to stay up late and I do have to wake up early in the morning.

i respect myself much as i respect others. i guess when it comes to respect its not a matter of "how much" but "HOW". how do you respect yourself?.
for me, i show respect to myself by dressing properly , look good, enough rest and stay happy with the people i love. most importantly i make sure that people will respect me the way i respect myself.
