When you meet problem you can not solve, will you call your parents for help?

In my view, asking parents for help is inevitable to most young people in China. And most parents are willing to help their own children, especially those one-child families. Personally speaking, when I meet problems which I cannot solve, at first I consider whether it's a real problem or not. For instance, if I wanna buy something but don't have enough money, I will carefully consider whether I really need it. If the problem what I have to face, I will ask my parents for help, such as advices. I believe that my parents have rich experience which is a big fortune.

oh yeah i do. even if i dont like the way they raised me...i still would want their help with my problem. i still know they know best in handling any problems when it comes to family matters

I go to my parents for monitary help all the time. I don't mean that I am a bum but sometimes my budget isn't fitting enough and I get left short. The part time job is a start. Ask your parents for a loan. I don't mean take the money and run with that, but explain that you have run into a problem and make an agreement to pay them back in payments, or at their terms. I am sure they know how important this is to you and wouldn't mind lending a hand. Oh and look for local plasma centers. They pay you for your plasma. That's an extra $200-300 a month, which could be applied to what you need. I couldn't tell you how many times I have done this just to buy groceries for my kids when mom and dad weren't in reach. If I were in your shoe, I would go to my parents and ask for help with your examination fee. Besides, parents should be the one responsible for any payment of your education. They're the one that can only help you in times of any problem may occur. Just ask your parents help about that It wont do any harm to you. :smile:

Your parents only want what's best for you. If you need to do this exam, surely they would help you. If you're embarrassed you can say that although you are going to get a part time job, you won't be able to earn the full amount in time, and could they loan you the amount you need, and you will pay them back from the job after you have taken the exam. I am a parent, and I will always be there for my children, however old they are. And I know that my mum will still do the same for me!
