I have been trying for about the past hour to take pictures of my handmade jewellery to sell online. I am so bad at it! I can never seem to get it just right and I have run out of patience for today! The suns gone in anyway now so i have to stop. Does anyone have any photography tips?

Try putting it inside a large "long" box and prop it up in a corner - take the picture with the camera just inside the box. It worked for me when I was taking pictures of some picture frames I was selling. No glare and a great clear picture!

what i do is i drape it over a piece of ceramics or lay it on a nice cloth for that artsy background. set your camera to macro so the details are more defined. if you want a plain background then just use a black background that is not glossy.

Get a piece of black foam board and tape the jewelry to it. Stand it up and you can snap away! Happy mylotting
