Cell phones..when are they not okay?

We've all fallen victim at some point. Sitting in a restaurant or at the movies..and someones cell (or yours) rings..when is it considered rude, if not always?

I agree with the previous responses. Places such as the theatres, it needs to be shut off there.

I think that generally, cell phones should not be used in situations wherein it would be considered rude to carry on a loud conversation. This includes being at the movies, at the theatre or in class. Other situations are a job interview or being in a meeting of any kind.

Movie theaters definitely. I also think it should be illegal to drive with them. I've avoided too many accidents where the driver wasn't paying attention.
