Casey Anthony and Homicide Charges?

I have been following this story since it began. i have honestly tried to keep positive that this beautiful little girl would be found and still alive but i am just not sure anymore. I was watching the news today and they are now talking about homicide or murder charges brought up against her mother Casey even without a body. Do you think she is guilty and what should her punishment be is she is found guilty?

I have been following the case for sometime and it does not look for Casey, she looks guilty and the more time it passes by and with the help of her friends, family and the things she herself did are proving that she is guilty of more than lying.
It is very sad and I would love it if the little girl was somewhere safe and sound but it does not look like that it is possible now.
Now to answer your question: I do believe she is guilty of harming or putting the kid in a harming situation (whatever Caleey is alive or not) and her punishment should be jail if she is found guilty.
