can a lover cant be jus a friend after breaking up?

sure.. it just depends on how the both of you break up, and how much you two moved on.. how come i can say this? simple.. my ex and i are good friends.. in fact, we are very good friends.. of course, intimacy is lost for good, but the trust and care remains.

I live with a guy for about 4 years and we broke up but not mad at each other and we are still best friends. I talk to him almost every day and I am dating some one else and so is he. I think it works better when u getter older because don't think I would have felt the same way when I was in my 20's but now friends are very important. You learn that as u get older.

I personally feel it's not possible,even if we try to carryon with that relation in the name of friendship it will turn out to be fake. We'll definitely be reminded of our past love at some corner of our heart whatsoever. I feel it's better to stay away from our loved ones if our love fails. Bcos one would be hurt and the other might feel guilty or feel bad. Take care!!
