Problems with winster.com

I know some people on here also play at winster.com. The website has been experiencing sooooo many problems lately that it makes it too hard to play. And thats if you can even log in at all! The site seems to be going down for maintenence so much lately, and yet nothing seems to be fixed when the site comes back up. It has slowly been getting slower and slower every day and its getting to the point where I may just cancel my account. Everytime I )and alot of other members) try to try to email support, we always get the same copied and pasted message they send to everyone. After the 5 th email and my questions and complaints wer not addressed, I decided to call the support line. It would ring then you could hear someone pick up then they would hang up on me. How can you run a business like that when people PAY to play the games there? Shouldnt I be able to dispute the charges with my credit card company, as I paid for a service, and havent recieved the full service. Any of you guys and gals on winster feel the same way I do? What else can I do to get the lagging problem addressed and solved?

I too play there. I have experienced the same problems as you have and I can tell you that it irritates me to no end that I am paying for this website and having so many problems getting on and staying on in order to play the games there. And to top it off they keep sending me messages saying that I have an internet delay and it is taking over 5 seconds for their site to communicate with my computer. Give me a break, the problem is not on my end, but on theirs. All other websites that I have been visiting have no problems, however all I have is problems at Winster.com. I am thinking about downgrading my account there to free status again. It is just so frustrating and it is really not fun to play there anymore. Have a nice day and happy myLotting!!!

I think I will downgrade mine to the free status too. And, HOPEFULLY, when they get the problem fixed, I'll go back to being a gold member. And Jerry, if you have somehow stumbled across this disussion, please know that there are more members that feel the same way as we do. If you lose all your PAYING members, how will the site be able to stay up and running? I did find a link on another website to a petition for winster to give paying members server priority, and another petition from when they lowered the amount of spins you get but kept the price the same. I really enjoy playing on winster, and have made alot of friends. I would hate to see the site go under. Most of the problem I think is from all the new NON PAYING players signing up. They have so many that sign up at one time it just slows the whole site down.
