Due to the rescission that is going on in America, and some of the people that are loosing their jobs and on the verge of loosing their house that they work so hard to achieve, because they have no money to pay their mortgage. My heart really goes out for those families, (help thy neighbor)there are alot of wealthy people that lives in America, if it was possible that they can help the people in america, they would become heroes, that would be a miracle if they really do that huh? they will be known as heroes, that helped people of america get back their homes, by paying off their mortgage. (wishful thinking) but this is just my opinion on that matter. What are your opinions??

Kaybelle, It isn't just the American people that are in a mess. On the news today they named off 12 different countries that are having the same problem we are on a large scale. Personally I feel sorry for the poor people all over the world. This thing is far from over. We still have the worst before us.

why? most there only concern themselves with themselves ... do you know some of them do not even know anywhere outside their own country? i am sorry but they brought it on themselves and now because of their own inability to handle things we are all suffering... they have been greedy and thought they are super powers for too ling this is their one chance to change their outlook and change their way of life .. will they ? i doubt it they will blame someone else !!

For your information this crash isn't just an American problem. They were saying today on the news that the top 12 countries are in the same mess we in America are. I'm an American and proud of it but that doesn't mean I agree with a lot that goes on in this country, or any other country for that matter. Our economy or any other free economy is designed to crash ever so often. Nothing can continue to go up forever. At some point it must come back down. This crash has been caused by greedy rich people all over the world, not just in the US.

As an American, I can tell you that the people who are losing their homes are the ones at fault. They knew they wouldnt be able to pay those loans back, and yet they still took them out!

i hate to see anyone lose their home of course. i do feel like alot of them spent more tham they could afford to start. people have tolearn to live within their means & alot of them don't do that.

Ok, so being an American this is a subject that touches a bit of a nerve right now. My husband and I just about a year ago moved from California to Texas because property was entirely too expensive in California, we had both lived there all our lives and we both still have family there. Ok, we got here to Texas and within 5 months found a house we could afford, are you following me here? There is absolutely nothing in the world that forced any of these people to purchase homes. It was a case of people making badly judged and ill advised decisions. We couldn't afford to buy a home, so we didn't. Why on earth would you buy a house when you can't afford it? I do not have much sympathy for these people, and believe me I know a few families very personally who are very close to losing their homes. I'm sorry for their situation, but mostly it's sad that so many people made such extremely bad decisions. I really don't think that bailing these people out is the answer.
