Eat All You Can: Did you eat to much rice on Eat All You Can?

Eat all you can restaurant is one my favorite restaurant... And when i Am in that kind of restaurant i donot usually eat to much rice.. cause we have a lot of rice at home.. i usually eat those seafoods.. i love to eat seafoods.. Do you like to eat in and EAT-All you can restaurant? Do you have certain strategies in eating in this kind of restaurant? share guys... if you do have tips and everything can you share about eat all you can... your response is highly appreciated..

can i still post here?:lol) when i eat i an eat-all-you-can, like you, i don't eat a lot of rice. and i only drink beverages after i finished eating 'cause it(beverages) also makes you full..well, actually, i do that also at home 'cause its not advisable to drink while you're in the middle of eating a meal(that's what the health experts said).

I love these sorts of restaurants, we used to have Sizzlers here and a couple of others but the do gooders in this world started screaming how unhealthy these places are because kids play with food and stuff now we only have a couple left, when I go to these places I tend to get overwhelmed with all the food and I start off with something as healthy as possible then head for the sweet things...

Hi jersey. Yes I like this kind of restaurant. I do the same I try to eat what I don't make usually in my home. I start with some different kinds of salad and after it I go to the food. I love seafoods too and I go to that but if I think that it isn't much fresh I eat some different dishes with meat or chicken. What I always eat a lot is french fries LOL. Have a good night.
