Do you drink water too? Is the tea decaf? If not, it will deplete your body of nutrients.

since when did decaf tea exist, there so little caffine in it anyway that i doubt there is any point in a decaf tea even if it did exist

Actually you only get the antioxidants if you drink at least 6 cups of black or green tea only, and it is also a diuretic which means it does not help you take in water but quite the opposite, have you noticed how often you will go to the toilet versus if you were drinking water instead. My friend has the same amount of tea day as you and she has found that if she goes without it she gets headaches etc, so that cant be good either. Dont get me wrong I love tea (english breakfast is my fave) but i think moderation might be best, say maybe 4 cups a day at most

them be wise words, i only usually have 3 or 4 cups a day, just lots of work at mo, so making tea is a good way of breaking it up and getting away from the books for a while

nope not bad for you, unless you have tea intolerance, then it's bad, or if you have a cold, you shouldn't drink tea, but besides that drink as much tea as you like, at least you'll be going to the toilet nice and regular
