Quite often our subodrdinates make many mistakes and we overlook them. We fail to guide them in the right direction as a result they start thinking that that way of working is the right way till they finally land up introuble some day.how many of us take the trouble to guide our subordinates and put them on the right track. I feel tht it is better to be unpleasant and frank to begin with thantolt things goout of hand and then repent.

I think youare right. I have been honest to a fault at work before. Not in an arrogant way. I think there is a way to tell people the job isn't getting done with out lambasting them. Well, and if there is no nice way to say it. I think it just has to be done. Besides, doesn't it make your own job that much less secure** if productivity from having to do the job over all the time and a fix lot of mistakes** I say do the job right the first time and move on. Absolutley!!!
