what would you do when you are stess?

It is helpless when you are having a lots of problem. NO one else could help you. What would you do?? Eating? When i'm under stress i would like to listen music and hanging out with my friends. I'm no bother my problem just temporary forget about it. However life without stess might be boring also.

There are many ways of dealing with stress. Some stress-relieving methods help some more than others. I think we all need to find the methods that work best of ourselves. There are a few ways that I use to deal with stress. One being relaxation or breathing exercises. Those really help for me. Another method that helps is to just read a novel, go for a walk, or to do an activity that is unrelated to what is stressing me. These two activities help me a lot.

I find most often when I get stressed out, I tend to feel very sleepy. I know that it is because when you get stressed, (some people but not all) your body releases an enzyme that causes drowsiness. You feel very tired, and feel that if you get sleep you body will naturally work itself through whatever your battling with. In my case it works greatly. I have never had a problem with being way to stressed out, before I reach that point I become extrememly tired, and have to take a nap. Then when I wake up I feel refresed and a lot of the time can think about the problem more efficiently and have a better take on the things that I couldn't have before. So the old saying, "Sleep on it" is a very good saying. Great discussion, I hope you get a lot of responces.

When i'm stress, i will be going for my runs, especially long runs of up to 14km ^_^ The long distance will actually cool me down alot and also let me think of a solution for my stress.. hehe =D And after my runs, after i seat it out, go home for a cold shower, i will feel totally relax and feel at ease ^_^ hehe

When stressed people generally ate something. That will relieve stress or not, but definitely will cause ill health due to overweight. By getting into eating one is trying to forget the matter that caused stress. So if by engaging into another job could help in forgetting the matter that cause stress, why getting into eating job! Get engaged in a hobby, like gardening, handicraft making etc.
