No more topics to discuss on mylot ?

Do you think it is possible that mylot will run out of new topics to discuss? What I mean by this is that, we as human beings share a lot of things in common and experiences in life, now assuming all duplicate discussions are eliminated on mylot then there is a very high chance that someone else has already started a discussion similar to your experience, as a result you do not start a new discussion but reply to that instead. After a while every discussion possible will have been covered that there are no more new discussions left to start. On the other hand, each of us is unique and although we have similar experiences they are not entirely the same as each has it's own unique set of circumstances. So if we are careful and word our discussions properly we can still continue having new and more interesting discussions here and mylot will live for ever so what do you think, will mylot ever run out of topics to discuss eventually?

Yeah joy4you... i think this may happen and has quite a higher probability for this. As i can see the same has started happening now that users have started discussion on the same topic that somebody else has already started and more surprisingly people keep answering the repited topics over again and again.... Yes i think before starting any discussion if we can search for any similar discussion already started so that we have new topics to answer back. This will actually help us to have distinct knowledge base in myLot. Happy myLotting!!!!

Thanks for answering, an interesting question would be, if you reply to a discussion that is repeated, do you repeat your answer as well or do you think again about what you write. maybe your answer might have changed since the last time you replied? Happy mylotting.

It may happen. I have noticed there are plenty of topics which are repeated times and again.I too, sometimes became confused before starting a discussion.

If they do we will make them up! Actually discussions get repeated all the time (especially in this group and the "make money" one) Usually if the discussion hasnt had a responce in over a month its pretty safe to bring it back up again.
