hair regimen

What hair regime do you do yourself at home? I usually get hair spas, hot oil and other at home treatments for my hair so I can use them when I do not have time to go to the salon. I let my mom do it for me sometimes hehe..
How about you girls?

I usually have a weekly hair spa or hot oil treatment for my hair. I don't really do much with my hair. Just make sure that I condition my hair everyday so it doesn't get dry and the ends don't split.

just get my hair dyed about 4-5 week and my husband does it for me anyone else have their husband do that for them and no way is he a sissy either as he does any very manly things.
