Everywhere I look there is doom and gloom.... People loosing jobs, houses, political arguements all that crap!!
My friend did a very nice and unexpected thing for me for my birthday. That one thing caused a chain reaction of events.
I called her and thanked her, we talked and laughed. Something I haven't been doing lately, shame on me. 
Then Saturday was my birthday so I took some time to do a manicure and pedicure, something I haven't done for a long time, shame on me again.
Sunday I went to church after missing for several weeks due to caring for my mother in law.... I was super charged, which I haven't felt for quite a while now. 
So what did I do next... I cut off my hair and boy it feels great!!! It was long and flat and well doom and gloom.
So what gets you super charged?? Is it like me a chain of events? is it worship? friends? personal care?

i haven't been super charged in a long time. sounds great. i have had too much doom & gloom lately for sure.

Oprah does it for me. Even with very serious matters she can put a positive spin on it. I think we are luck to have her.

I get supercharged every time I wake up. I am very creative and each day that comes is a chance to be creative. I would like to think that the little things that I do contribute to a better world and I am not thinking about something great and stupendous. As an example, I raise chickens which are not fed antibiotics, that helps. I have a banana plantation that are not fed petroleum-based fertilizers, without pesticides and herbicides. That helps the earth, I think. Cheers!!

Truthfully, I haven't the slightest clue what gets me "supercharged" because it just happens. I just get all excited and hyper and I laugh and it tickles to breathe. I don't know why or how, it just happens. It feels good! It leads me to do crazy things.
