One of the best method for shiny and beautiful Hair is pass the Vinegar solution in to ur hair and wash with water and let the hair to dry.

Vinegar can strip out hair color. It may not be good for those who have highlights, bleached hair, or colored hair. It may not be good for split ends and dry damaged hair. It may be wonderful if you dont have other hair concerns like these.
