I am not so much into cars. I am not the type of guy who polishes his car every weekend. I try to procrastinate and only wash my car once in two or three months, when it is really filthy. How often do you wash your car?

Hello ronaldinu. Oh I don’t wash a car because I don’t have one (lol), here in the Philippines, cars can be expensive. Besides there are so many public transport available that commuting is not so difficult. My place is very close to where I work so I really don’t mind. But of course, having your own car is also an advantage so me and my boyfriend I planning to buy car next year. And when we have a car, we will take good care of it. Maybe wash it every week or depends on how dirty it was.

Two or three times a year when it really needs it. Rarely in the winter cause that results in doors frozen shut and me outside with a hairdryer trying to get them open. The summer time i wash it in a carwash and try not to drive down muddy roads. my car spends more time dirty than it does clean.

We never wash our car. I know we probably should feel ashamed, but seeing as there's been a drought in Australia and we sometimes have water shortages, I'm using that as a good excuse. My husband and I are definitely not car people - we keep it serviced and reliable, but we don't care at all what it looks like, as long as it gets us where we want to go.

If I had a car I would want to clean it at least once a month inside and out. I see how my moms car is and hope I never would have a car that dirty..lol

Wash my car? What and waste precious time doing a hated chore, filling buckets and using excess energy and time to clean a car when rain is free? And besides whenever I clean my car the birds think it's an open invitation to use it as a public toilet! So hardly ever, if at all, yes I know I am lazy, but why clean a car when hours later it's going to get dirty again or it will rain? So I let the beauty of the elements clean it for me and save me the hassle, chore and irritation of spending precious time on it!

I used to wash it every week with pleasure. Then my partner took over the washing of the cars and renmoved that pleasure from me. Now, I am on my own again and I live in the bush where there are lots of dirt roads to make sure our vehicles stay dirty. I was my car every month or so. I detail it once every 3 months.

usually it's once a month, because we have one guy who comes to the house once a month to wash all of our cars. but sometimes my car gets way dirty before he's scheduled to come so i tend to wash it on my own coz i cant stand it when my car's super dirty.

I usually get a car wash when it rains! But I'll take it to a car wash about twice a year--once in the spring to wash off all the salt and stuff and once before winter. I don't wash my own anymore.

Well Ronald our car is like a garbage tip inside,we have many Sweet papers and bits of rubbish all over the car.My partner often says that he needs to part exchange the car in order to rid himself of the clutter and the rubbish. The larger the car the more rubbish we seem to gather,if we had a Mitsubishi shogun we would still have a dump.On hi days and holidays the car is vacuumed out and sometimes, note I only say sometimes it does get waxed and polished, then rubbed over with a chamois leather, but those days are very few and far between.Next door neighbours kids often have a ride home fro playschool in it,and they always have some goodies after school.if the sweets are sticky then the door panels are sticky for days afterwards.A car is a car,be it a humble Ford fiesta or a Mercedes Benz, and to my partners mind there is no use having any belonging unless you can live and use it well.

I am washing my Car every 3 days in the outdoor but in the weekends I always bring it in the Car wash and clean even the inside because most of the time the children would make it all the dirt in the car....

I really don't wash my car enough, so this post has reminded me that I will need to do it before the week is out. It's not looking too clean at all.

It is virtually impossible to say you're washing a car in certain parts of Italy. I love to see the look on foreigners face when they see how clean the inside of the car is, but the outside is dirty . Too much work washing their cars only to get it all messed up again on some duty road or by dusty, dirty rainfall

Hi ronaldinu, My husband has just washed his car on Sunday, I don't wash the car, he leaves it for quite sometime before he decides to wash it and also clean inside. Tamara

Hi ya ronaldinu I would only wash my car on sunny days or I get the kids to have a go but it always ends up streaky so I have to do it myself anyway. I don't polish it either and as we have so much rain in the UK it usually stays clean for quite some time!
