Does anyone know of any sites, or have any tips, on how to get paid for writing stories online? I've done quite a few searches and am, surprisingly, not coming up with too much. I'm not even asking for specific URLs, as I know that posting them goeas against Mylot policy, but even just the name of the site (such as Yahoo or Google for example) would be a big help. Thanks so much!

I joined a review site called Ciao that pays you $1.00 per review(120 words.) The link is in my profile.

Its a good thing that you love to write. If you are interested in writing children stories you can send your stories and graphics to http://www.candlelightstories.com. The site is nothing like myLot but I think it help to promote your stories to the big publisher. I don't know whether it is still the same today. But its worth to check out. Beside the site is fun to explore. You can get story and fun animation there. Happy mylotting to you.

I'm not sure specifically what you mean by "stories", but I have heard good things about Associated Content. They let you write articles about essentially whatever you want, and it seems most people are getting paid AT LEAST $4 per article, if not more. You also are paid a bit extra for page views, which I'm sure can be nice. I would be signed up for the site, but you have to be 18 to get paid, so I have a few more months to go. :) I could start writing for them now, but I wouldn't be paid until I turned 18, so I figure I'll probably just wait. How this helps.
