Me, salary increase.....all the time! LOL
well, aren't most of us wishing for this? LOL
aside from that, I really haven't thought of other things to wish for. I am fortunate to have a workplace that I like and be able to do the things I really like to do. MAKE A DIFFERNCE!

I wish for more salary, too! But, still, I'm lucky! I get to do what I like! Even so, more salary! *LOL*

i do prefer to have a good workplace like that of a professional setting. I also do agree of salary increase and alot of company benefits like meal allowance, transportation allowance, clothing allowance , load allowance and others. Sacks of rice is also a priviledge and also discount cards from major establishments is a plus. How i wish i could have a job that offers this array of compensations.

Hi bubblyapple...
What would I wish for? Definitely an increase in salary! Or at least pay us for the times we've gone on overtime and have not been paid. Or if that wasn't possible, to at least limit our job description to what it really is. We've been trained to multi-task to the point that we feel like robots already. Lol. So there. a nice increase would be wonderful (or a vacation, all expense paid.)

Well as an employee i think apart from the points you mentioned, there may be few more things which will matter to me like -
1. Job satisfaction
2. Acknowledgment and appreciation for the tasks that i do.
3. Respectable salary(of course... :-))
4. Employeee always like to know the future vision of the company as to where we are heading to?
5. Respect for me and my work and ideas.
I think i have put down all the key factors which would sum up together to describe my satisfaction level as an employee....
Happy myLotting!!!!!

Hi there bubblyapple!
Of course one thing I wish to have would be an increase in salary. But more than that, I would love to be given the credit I am due for the job I do. It has been a while and it has always been someone else particularly my immediate superior who gets the credit which is supposed to be mine. I have always been told by my friends not to worry much about it because what is important is that I know that I was the one who did great. However, it would still be different if I am given the proper credit.

yep, i'd rather that i be recognized for a job well done too..... i mean, the supervisor could have mentioned it or something and not just take all the credit....

I think I'm very lucky with my job that other than a raise or health insurance, I don't have any complaints about the environment.
I love my job and my boss is awesome (he's of the opinion that we're adults and we can make our own decisions so long as our work gets done and we don't have complaints from customers its all good.)
