How often do you Drink water

well they say that you should drink up to eight glasses of water per day. sometimes i go throughout the day without drinking water. i dont think thats healthy, but sometimes i am not very thirsty and i cant remember to drink. it good to know that you get a little water from fruits and veges cuz i eat them alot. what about you?

Very often. I drink lot of water a day. This is because of the hot weather here. I am sweating too much. As per doctors also we should drink atleast two liters of water daily. I got habituated to drink water. If we eat fruits it contains water but i am not get satisfied with that. For for my thirst i prefer pure water than juice or fruit.

I am the same way. Sometimes I do not drink water mainly because it is tasteless and most of the time I am not thirsty. My boyfriend on the other hand drinks like 10 bottles a day I would say. Sometimes I do not understand why he does. I prefer juice over water anytime. And yes, water is better healthwise because it cleans your system out and keeps you healthy.

Many people drink water when they fell thirsty.This is not right.Water is the importent thing for our body.When you wake up,you must drink water,and you had better to drink water one time for one hour.In addition,you must drink boiling water instead for unboiled water.Boiling water can make chlorine and other hazardous substances evaporate,at the same time keep the nutrients for our body. Third,freshing water is good for us.

Hello,Siddy! Our body is 50-75% water,depending on a persons age.Water regulates and maintains body temperature.water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.It moistens and lubricates our mouth,eyes,nose,hair,skin,joints,and digestive tract.In the process we loss everyday lots of water from our body and that has to be refilled.If our body do not get enough water we risk dehydration,elevated body temperature,fatigue,decrease mental and physical performance and heat related illness.So we should drink daily at least two liters of water to stay fit physically and mentally.thanx.
