I used to have 3 blogs, but I really can't update them regularly. Another thing, blog promotional is very hard so I decided to maintain only one blog.
Now, I have more visitors because it is really easier to promote if you have only one blog. For me, content is useless if only a few are reader it.
Anyway, I think it really depends on the blogger. Some bloggers care less about promotion and all they want is to blog, and that's alright too.

Yeah I understand what you're saying. I actually only promote 1 of my blogs. 2 of them get paid per post and I can write whatever I want so I just make sure to do 1 post per day there. The other 2 are just for fun. So there's only one I really promote a lot. Thanks for the comment!

I have recently started to develop only one blog and have decided to stick to one only,as I am not in a position to maintain so many blogs with my busy schedule of work. Thanks for the comment! Blogging is a personal opinion so I say, if you are happy with your blog then it is just fine. What matters is you are having fun and enjoying writing. I'll be sure to check it out, but remember we aren't aloud to post links here.

i use to have 5 blogs. i dont really spend time posting something in there. one is in friendster, the other one is multiply (obviously, i dont earn from them). 3 bloggers. but it is only quite recently that i really paid attention to my blog. i need some place where i can put my writing assignments before posting them to another site or submitting them to school.
i still keep my blogs on the social networking site but i dont update them anymore. i erased 1 of my blogs from Bloggers. 1 blog, where i kept interesting articles i've read (copy and paste them). and the last blog is where my original writings are. hope you can read them and comment on it! :)
