SURGERY ?!? Jesus H Crist, Why ? :D Ok, can you please either make the effor to find it yourself, OR find someone very computer savvy to download this for you ? Paul McKenna will Make You Thin. - That's a program that I found to be best for me, and actually pure freaking Genius, in its simplicity and straight forwardness. It's opposed to diets, it's easy to follow, and instead of filling your head with all these deranged dieting rules, it breaks it down to likeable principles to follow. I'm not saying more of it here, search and read about it if you want, or just ignore this altogether. I can say that it helped me get from an average belly to a cool 6PACK abs, in about 2 months (of course together with some free fun exercise) and allowed me to do so in a relaxed way, with a FULL fridge, eating like a Barbarian as many times as I wanted :D As for the surgery you ask about, yeah I have a friend of the family, a priest, that has done it a few years back, and he has lost some weight. He also had 2 other minor operations on it, because things like eating a cherry without taking out the seed, can block your intestines and put your life in danger. Try some more sane solutions before cutting yourself like the EMO kids :P

I found it can cruel the way you posted this and I have tried everything. I do not know who this Paul McKenna person is but I will look it up and yes I have made plenty of efforts at looking for things to help lose weight online and everything I saw never mention that Paul person. So need for you to be so cruel about the situation.

Sorry if I came over as cruel, not my intention. Please try to understand, that having been pretty fat myself (115 KG, or 235 lbs back in college) and solved that problem just with stuff I've read or seen in good videos, performing surgery for weight loss seems totally extreme to me. Now, about this program, I have a post that states in short how the system goes, and I have tested it on myself. It is the ONLY system that I could ever keep, and if it works for a guy like me, surely it will work for anybody. That's the point, it's not WHAT you eat, it's HOW. The system adresses this, and also your LapBand operation would do the same, only it will hurt your body much more, and may also be dangerous. Though I have this friend that made the operation and lost some weight, I totally disagree with it. It's the principle of the thing. You and I and everybody else out there are pretty much the same. Only exceptions are people with hormonal imbalances. If you have hormonal problems then OK, what I say here does not apply to you. But if not, then what has worked for me, will work for you too, and there is no need to go through expensive surgery. The system is free, it will probably save money on the long run, since you will feel better and have less health problems. Please do some searches on the net, or at least here on MyLot, for Paul McKenna will Make you Thin. It truly works, even with lazy comfy people like me, and I like to EAT a whole lot! :D Peace :)

I have not had it done but have thought about it being my last resort. I haven't finished trying to lose my weight other ways first. I definately haven't gone through everything there is to lose weight. I think I would prefer the lapband over the gastric bypass though. I have read that it can be adjusted. I hope you find someone who has had it done that can answer your questions!!

Hey there. see other comments on this thread, and great to see you're keeping at it, with the weight loss. I can only recommend the system that worked for me, and that's Paul McKenna's. It's based on imagination and habits, rather than willpower, it is AGAINST dieting of any sort, and rather than making you tense and make you fight your own body and impulses, it goes with them in a very clever way :D To me, as a lazy comfy man with a healthy appetite, that's THE system to be in. However, it works, I am now working at my 6pack abs, no stress, no pressure, no hunger. Peace :)
