Is there any program out there that would allow you to travel for less? Is there any organization that can give you free or discount traveling. What is the best airline when buying tickets. What should I worry about when I'm in a foreign country? Have you had any problems in a foreign country?

There are budget airlines like Easy Jet and Ryan Air in my home country and others in different countries. If you get on their mailing list they will email you special offers from time to time. They sometimes do a ticket for as little as £1. I suggest getting a tent and camping for very cheap accommodation or buy a Youth Hostel a Association card. Staying in a dorm room is really cheap. I suggest traveling to cheaper countries. You could check prices on the Lonely Planet Destinations Guide on the Internet. Going to your neighboring countries first and then getting bargain flight further away will save you money. I have traveled to 50 different countries and have only had problems in 3 of those countries. Good luck and happy traveling.

There are low cost airlines around that sells around 30 to 60% cheaper tickets compared to regular airlines. If you opt for a regular airlines, there are some who are having promos for ticket discounts for lesser luggage. I advise you to check for local airlines in your area as this varies in different countries. But before you think of the airfare, you must think first of the travel documents that you might need on your travel destination such as passport (which is the most important of all) and a visa if it's needed. You must contact the embassy of the country of your travel destination while planning your travel details so that you can have the documents or details so that you can have a smooth travel ahead.
