A burglar in England felt so bad for making an older lady scared, he sent flowers to apologize! http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/10/17/ap/strange/main4530465.shtml How sweet!

OMG that is so funny/sad/sick... Did you know that if a burglar gets hurt on your property while stealing all of your stuff that they can actually sue you for the personal damages? Isn't that totally rediculos! Well, I guess he has some shred of emotion left! I wonder if the flowers were purchased with money from selling her stuff?

lol he left her house empty handed. Regarding a burglar suing if he gets hurt on your property? That is why you shoot to kill!

aww, that is just precious! I can't believe that anyone of that... way would do such a thing! But nonetheless it was very sweet! I wonder if he will come forward though? If he has a conscious he might, then again he may have just been raised right!

If only all robbers could be like him... a true gentleman. :) (well maybe not completely, but still a pretty good guy!)

Were I the police I would have checked the flower shop that sent her the flowers, checked her address, checked the records of who sent flowers to that address, look up where he sent them from, and find him that way, Not a hard guy to catch if you look close enough.

I thought the same thing, but you can send them anonymous with a made up name if you pay cash and do it in person.
