What is your favorite Pre-sleep ritual that sends you to sleep?

music, tv and bath time... those are pre-sleep activities...

Before I go to be bed I take tranquilizer pill for deep sleep. This is my first pre-sleep ritual.Because disturbed sleeping will spoil my next day's programme.My next ritual is religious.I pray : 'All living being of the world be happy'.It is Lord Buddha's teaching.

before i sleep, i have to sweep my room.. prepare ahead things, i.e. dress, which i need to bring to work.. read a devotional while drinking milk.. set my alarm.. and bzzzzzzzzzz...... i wonder what's yours?..
