You can make extra money online if you have multiple streams of income coming from various sites and systems, but you will not get rich.
When you join a money making system you are just promoting the same thing as thousands of other people who joined the same site, or similar sites. You will make more money if you can offer something unique, using your own individual skills.
I think the only people who really get rich on the internet are those who set up their own successful sites, and use their own ideas to be creative and original. They are prepared to do lot of work before they expect to start making a good profit.
