I like to get the boneless, skinlesss chicken. Then I dip it in some egg and roll it in flour and seasoning. Then fry it in hot oil. I like it that way. Another way is to put it in a piece of foil with some veg and seasoning. Fold up one end. Add a little liquid (broth or water, whatever you want)in the other end and fold up the foil. Put on a baking sheet and bake it til the chicken and veg are done. Prob about 45 min. depending on the veg you add.

I like to use boneless skinless chicken strips to fry. I think I will try the one in foil. It sounds goon, too,

yea, I pretty much make it the same way as everyoen above, southern way baby-). Anyway, just remember always that the flour is what gives its final taste at the end so make sure you get just the right amount.

I make a nice southern fried chicken. Wash and cut up a fryer. dredge it in seasoned flour. Dip it in a buttermilk and egg mixture and roll it in the flour again. Slow fry it in a deep skillet in hot oil until a golden brown. About two inches of oil is best. You can cover the skillet with a lid during part of the frying, This will cook the chicken through and keep it moist and juicy inside. Oven fried is also good and not as much fat content, roll cut up chicken in seasoned flour and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking sprat. Spray the top of the chicken lightly with pan spray, ( prefer butter flavored ), and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Both of these methods make a good fried chicken. I also have a recipe for ginger chicken that uses boneless skinless chicken. This one is a stry fry type of chicken. My grand children love this one almost as much as fried.
