I don't enjoy sharing negative stuff with people because I don't want to get anybody upset, and if some people choose not to click this link I can understand. But it's so outrageous and it made me almost burst into tears when I saw it on my local news last night. What kind of sick, depraved human being(s) could do this? http://www.wnep.com/Global/story.asp?S=9203902 Click the video link if you're willing to look at the full report.

This is terrible. There was a case where I live where the kids run over the dog, duck taped her mouth, hit her with a shovel and then tied her to the back of the car and dragged her down the street. The one minor got probation, the adult kid is still trying to fight the charges. It is nasty how people can be so cruel to animals. And really they do not pay the price for it. They need to be punished harder then maybe less people would do it.

I agree. It should be the same as if they beat a person then they might learn not to do it. I think these people are evil.

This is so maddening. I hate hearing/seeing stories like this and I really do hope they get the person responsible for brutally hitting those lovely dogs...why does anyone do such a thing anyway?

I feel like killing the people who did this. You won't believe fact about how some people behave with animals here in my own country. Its disgusting. And we call ourselves human beings. At least the animals are more honest and loyal.

That is awful. I hate people who do things like that to dogs. It makes me fell that they should be give a taste of their own medicine attacking defenseless creatures. Maybe if they found out what it was like to be beaten they may think differently. If they do catch the culprits what penalties could they face?
