This Sunday we had a sports meet and I played cricket after two years. I had to consume a whole pain killer spray to be back to work on Monday and returned home early. Still my back is aching.

I hope you are feeling better today. I am not sore from loading and unloading the furniture like thought I would be. I am tired from walking to the lawyers office today. I think I will lay down and take a nap today before making a long distance phone call that I need to do.

I guess it would be an effect of your games in badminton in which it takes much time and the formation that you are not used too with your daily and you are absolutely right that if you would play more it would be fine and a hot water in the shower would do good......

Oh yeah, as we get older, we find out that when we were taught to stretch before and after exercise, they were right... Take a hot bath and start stretching, hopefully you will loosen up enoguh to get some relief and remember to stretch both before and after..
