Do You Ever Notice People With Similar Names?

I was just reading a topic, and I thought I saw the same person respond to it. Not as a reply to another poster's response, but as a new comment! But then I realized that it was two different people whose names look alike but really are not! I also remembered afterwards that you cannot comment directly to your own topic of discussion, you can only reply to somebody else's reply on it. So there is no way that it could have happened anyway. I just thought it was funny! So many people have very different UserNames, and then I see two that look a lot alike when you first glance at them, but then you realize that they are different. So, has this happened to anybody else?
