Well, I just found out that I have some gall bladder issues. It has changed the way I eat. I have changed my coffee, my food, my alchohol and now I am quitting smoking. I believe if people change their diet, not drastically, it will make a big difference in their health and the way they feel overall.

No, I haven't had an accident which has changed my lifestyle but I have a chronic lung disorder for which there is no cure. I spend quite a lot of time in hospital but this is getting to be less as time goes on and according as the disease is being brought under control. I don't have much energy and I cannot do anything too strenuous as I would get terribly short of breath. The only advice that I would offer to other people who have illnesses is to go to see your GP for regular health checks and take your medication as prescribed.

When I was in my twenties I was in a horrible motorcycle accident. I'm a walking miracle is what the doctors said. I was in a wheel chair for three months. Doctors were unsure if I would walk. I said I would and I did. It took determination and faith to do it. Now I have one leg shorter than the other but the best news is I can walk anywhere!
